Once your subscription is activated, we regret to inform you that refunds or modifications are not possible. SILKIPTV’s responsibility is limited to activating your subscription for the agreed-upon duration.
Upon activation, we will send you a confirmation screenshot from our panel to your registered email as proof of activation.
Activation Process:
We strive to activate and deliver your IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels within 24 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth activation process, please ensure you provide us with your device type information for utilizing your IPTV Subscription.
Device Information:
If device information is not provided in the order notes, we will proceed with activating and sending an m3u playlist. Please be aware that once the format is sent, we are unable to change it to any other type in the future.
